Digital delivery
Purchases require a learner account. Verified payments unlock courses or the on-site PDF reader in the student’s dashboard. Study materials are not offered as file downloads.
Refund eligibility
If access or the material is not working as described, contact us for a review. We investigate duplicate charges, failed delivery, corrupted files, materially incorrect product descriptions and payments captured without an order entitlement.
How to request help
Email hello@bodhiclasses.com with the payment ID, order email and a description of the problem. Do not send card, bank or UPI credentials.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take the provider or bank’s standard processing time. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
