Information we process
We process account identity, learning progress, saved resources, order information and security events that you provide or create while using the service. Payment card or bank credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by bodhiclasses.
Why we use it
Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver learning resources and purchases, prevent abuse, maintain audit records and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Your shared Bodhi account
Classes, Games, Labs, Tools and Books use one Bodhi account and coin balance. These first-party products can display your account name and coin balance. Connecting Books also shares your account identifier, contact email and verification status, and your staff role when you choose administrator access. Books keeps its own purchases and library records. Game and lab progress stays in your browser. You can sign out across Bodhi from the shared account bar.
Storage and processors
Application data and protected documents are stored on Hostinger. Authentication, payment and AI providers process only the data required for their respective service.
AI explanations
When you ask for an explanation, we send the selected passage, accessible chapter context, and your chosen explanation style to OpenRouter and its model provider. Your account email and payment details are not included in that explanation request. We store completed AI answers and request records to handle coin accounting and retries. The API key stays on our server.
Optional analytics and Google Analytics
Page counting is off until you choose to allow it. You can change that choice through Privacy choices on public pages. If allowed, we count public page paths, coarse device categories and source channels. We do not collect search queries, full referrer URLs, IP addresses, account details, selected text or AI prompts in these analytics. Random browser session and event identifiers are hashed with a daily server key for deduplication. Daily sessions are not unique people. Private pages, known bots, administrators and hidden tabs are excluded. These private counts are retained for 35 days; approximate geography is not collected.
With your permission, Google Analytics also measures visits across Bodhi Classes, Books, Labs, Games and Tools using the shared Tag Manager container GTM-5M2Z4M36. It processes sanitized page URLs, devices, traffic sources and approximate locations. We remove query strings and fragments and exclude private pages. Analytics cookies are optional, and advertising cookies, advertising user data and personalization are denied. Your choice is remembered for 180 days across Bodhi subdomains. Use Privacy choices to withdraw consent; withdrawal stops tracking and removes Google Analytics cookies. Google processes measurement data under its own privacy terms. Google reports can differ from first-party counts because of consent, blockers and processing delays.
Retention and choices
You can revoke learner sessions or request account deletion from account settings. Financial and security records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, tax, dispute or legal obligations.
